1. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling or using Dryline Power Washing’s services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services regardless of how they are scheduled (online, phone, or in person).
2. How We Operate
We provide local pressure washing services and promote our business primarily through door-to-door outreach. All service scheduling is managed through our website for accuracy and convenience.
3. Services We Offer

Exterior home washing

Fence and gate washing

Patio, driveway, and walkway cleaning

Window exterior cleaning

Vehicle exterior washing
We may use commercial-grade cleaning agents, particularly on surfaces like driveways and patios where buildup requires it.
4. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure safety and efficiency, customers agree to:

Provide unobstructed access to all areas to be cleaned (e.g., unlocking gates, moving vehicles, clearing objects)

Keep pets and children indoors and away from work areas during service

Inform us of any:

Fragile surfaces or structures (e.g., loose siding, cracked windows, flaking paint)

Sensitive plants or landscaping near work areas

Allergies or concerns related to cleaning agents used

Provide working water access (hose spigot or outdoor faucet)

Avoid scheduling conflicting outdoor services (e.g., landscaping) during our appointment
Failure to comply may result in service delays, rescheduling, or a $20 trip fee.
5. Chemical Use Disclosure
We may use biodegradable, pressure-safe, or commercial-grade cleaners. If you prefer no chemicals be used, please notify us prior to the appointment. Otherwise, we will proceed using our professional judgment to achieve the best results.
6. Payments
Payment is due immediately upon completion of service.

We strongly prefer cash payments for their simplicity and to keep costs low.

We also accept checks made payable to Dryline Power Washing, but all payments are subject to applicable sales tax as required by law.

Digital payments (Venmo, Cash App, etc.) may be accepted upon prior arrangement.

We comply fully with all tax reporting and collection requirements; all payments received will be reported accordingly.

Late payments exceeding 5 days after service may incur a $10 late fee.
7. Refunds & Service Guarantee
Refunds are not typically provided unless there is a clear, significant error or omission on our part.
If you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can evaluate and address the issue. This may include re-cleaning, discounts, or refunds as appropriate.
8. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) will incur a $15 cancellation fee to cover lost time and expenses.

If we arrive and cannot access the work area or complete the job, a $20 trip fee may be charged.
9. Weather Rescheduling
Services may be rescheduled due to rain, extreme temperatures, or unsafe conditions. You will be contacted promptly to arrange a new appointment.
10. Limitation of Liability
Dryline Power Washing is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage or surface wear

Water damage related to poor sealing, loose siding, or drainage issues

Damage resulting from failure to disclose fragile or sensitive areas
Customers must disclose all relevant information regarding conditions or concerns before service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most current version will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon posting.
