At Dryline Power Washing, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of pressure washing and variables outside our control, please review our refund policy carefully:

 

What We Guarantee

  • We promise to perform your requested services professionally and thoroughly.

  • If there is a clear error or omission caused by our service (such as missed areas or damage from negligence), we will make every effort to resolve it.

 

Eligibility for Refunds or Service Corrections

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of service completion to report any issues.

  • Provide details and, if possible, photos of the problem.

  • Refunds or free re-cleaning will only be considered if issues are clearly caused by us.

 

What Does Not Qualify for Refunds

  • Pre-existing damage or surface wear not caused by our work

  • Permanent stains or buildup requiring specialized treatment

  • Weather or environmental effects after service completion

  • Customer failure to prepare or maintain the area as instructed

 

How to Request a Refund or Re-Service

  • Contact us at powercleaning@drylinewash.com or call (562) 287-4863

  • We may schedule a follow-up visit to inspect or correct the issue.

  • If a refund is approved, it will be issued within 14 business days and limited to the original service cost.

 

Important Notes

  • Requests made after 48 hours of service completion will generally be denied.

  • Refunds exclude taxes, fees, and any additional charges.

  • All sales are final except where clearly stated above.
